Terms & Conditions
By joining the BrandScoop Marketplace as a seller, you agree to the following terms:
- You confirm that you have full rights to sell the brands you list
- You agree to transfer all brand assets (logos, domain, name rights) to buyers upon completed sale
- You accept the 10% platform fee on all successful sales
- You will complete domain transfers within 7 days of payment verification
- You understand that funds are held in escrow until asset transfer is verified
- You agree to cooperate with any dispute resolution processes
- You will provide accurate information about your brand listings
- BrandScoop reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies
