By accessing or using BrandScoop ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
BrandScoop is an AI-powered branding platform that generates brand names, logos, color palettes, and brand guidelines. Our Service helps entrepreneurs and businesses create complete brand identities.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payments
BrandScoop offers subscription plans for access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Our refund policy as outlined in Section 5
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with BrandScoop within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact our support team for a full refund.
6. Intellectual Property
Before Payment: All generated content including brand names, logo designs, domain name suggestions, color palettes, and brand guidelines remain the exclusive property of BrandScoop (brandscoop.app). Free users may view generated content but may not download, use, or claim ownership of any generated materials.
After Payment: Upon completing payment for a brand kit (either one-time purchase or active subscription), you receive full commercial rights to use the generated:
- Brand names (subject to trademark availability)
- Logo designs
- Color palettes
- Brand guidelines
You are responsible for conducting trademark searches and ensuring the brand name doesn't infringe on existing trademarks. Until payment is received, BrandScoop reserves the right to offer the same or similar generated content to other users.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI systems
- Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service
8. Limitation of Liability
BrandScoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
